Our cases are stocked with scratch-made breads, pastries, desserts, and savory foods, with fresh-frozen meals ready to take home. **You don’t need to place an order to shop here.** Stop in during our open hours and choose from what’s available that day. ### Breads From naturally leavened sourdough to honey wheat fresh milled organic flour sandwich bread, cinnamon raisin, and specialty loaves, bread is a big part of what we do. We mill grains right here in the bakery, and many of our breads include fresh-milled flour. ### Pastries and sweet treats Our selection may include croissants, Danish, cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones, cookies, brownies, cream puffs, and éclairs. You’ll also find seasonal treats, fruit fillings, and scratch-made curds throughout the year. ### Savory foods Look for breakfast pastries, turnovers, quiche, sandwiches, and other savory offerings to take with you. The selection changes with what we’re preparing that week. ### Pies and desserts Check our cases and freezer for available pies and other desserts to enjoy at home or share with family and friends. ### Fresh-frozen meals and meal kits Take a little of our scratch cooking home. Our changing freezer selection includes prepared meals you simply heat and meal kits, such as house-made fresh-milled pasta with our sauces, that take a few easy steps to finish. Each comes with preparation instructions. We have a selection of Neapolitan style pizzas with either a house made tomato base or our alfredo for a white sauce, sliced mozzarella cheese so no caking agents. Topped with various ingredients. We also provide a pan of our signature cinnamon rolls ready for you to heat and serve. Including our icing packet. ## A changing selection, made in small batches We bake and cook in small batches, so you won’t find every item every day. Our cases change throughout the week, and walk-in purchases are first come, first served. There’s always a reason to come see what’s new—and when you find a favorite, take some home! ## Want something specific for next week? Our online store offers select breads, pies, cheesecakes, and meal prep for **next-week pickup**.
