Hello, I’m Debi Hall, and I’d like to welcome you to our pastry haven at Farm to Cake. If you have an insatiable craving for scratch made desserts, you’ve come to the right place. At Farm to Cake, we pride ourselves on being old school bakers who craft pastries using genuine ingredients, time-honored recipes, and a whole lot of passion. The result? Some of the most mouthwatering pastries you’ll ever taste.

Online Ordering and Frozen Delights

For your convenience, we offer online ordering for our sumptuous cakes, pies, and cheesecakes. If you have a special request, please give us at least a week’s notice, and we’ll work our magic. But having said that, there’s more! We’ve also introduced a frozen line of select pies, cakes, and cheesecakes that you can grab and go. Same exceptional quality, just a tad faster and available now for those sweet cravings.

Beyond Pastries

But Farm to Cake isn’t just about sweets. We also serve up a delightful breakfast, brunch, and lunch experience. Our menu boasts an array of delectable options, including sandwiches, flatbreads, Mac and Cheese bowls, quiche, savory hand pies, and more. We’re constantly innovating and evolving our menu to keep your taste buds intrigued.

The Farm to Cake Philosophy

The name “Farm to Cake” holds a special meaning to us. It signifies our deep connection to the Waynesville Farmers Market, which serves as a profound inspiration. Just as farmers find joy in freshly plowed soil, we find our bliss in the gentle sifting of flour through our hands. We take pride in being scratch bakers, and nearly everything we serve is prepared in-house, with the exception of peanut butter and Welch’s grape jelly, which we use in our next-level PB&J hand pie.

Our Location

You can find our charming bakery nestled in Waynesville, serving the entire Western North Carolina area. For those familiar with Waynesville, our address is 500 Hazelwood Ave. As the locals will say, we are in Historic Hazelwood, right by the railroad tracks.  We’re here to satisfy your pastry cravings from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Please note that we’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you’re in the mood for brunch or lunch, join us between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

Weddings and Special Events

Our company specializes in weddings and events, but we also offer a cakes, pies and cheesecakes menu.   And we provide catering trays for breakfast or corporate and family gifts.  Our team is led by Melinda – our Pastry Chef and Megan – our lead baker.   You will see and meet them during visits and at varioius venues.

You will see us in the greater Asheville North Carolina area with our wedding and celebration cakes.  But pie, cheesecake and dessert bars are on the rise.
