Ordering a cake from us is easy! Just fill out this form to get started. Any questions we have will be asked via email. We will look at details, give you pricing and discuss flavors before your order is actually placed. We are special order only. We require a week’s notice to order cakes. We can bake for pickups on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. We are closed on Sunday and Monday, so the earliest pick-up day is Wednesday. We are a boutique shop and will stop taking orders when our schedule fills, so we have the necessary time to focus on those orders. So please, order as soon as possible so we don’t have to disappoint you.

Our cakes range from wedding and grooms cakes to amazing cakes to lift your spirits and served with dinner.   We offer a cake as small as six-inch to serve 8, up to multi-tiered cakes to serve hundreds.  All can be simply or incredibly decorated.

Cupcakes start at $3.50 each. They are larger in size than the ones you see at a a grocery store. They come in a plain wrapper. And can contain some design element. Most fall into the $3.50 range. Sugar Flower decorations, Themed Decorations as in the LOTR ones are around $4.75 each.

Our dinner style cakes start at $35 as a six-inch and will serve 8 guests.
The styles for this price range are water color sides, swirls, simple flowers and some writing. Generally Speaking gluten free cakes will run a little more. Depending on size $5-$15 more.
six-inch: $35 and serves 8
eight-inch: $50.00 and serves 15
nine-inch: $65.00 and serves 20
ten-inch: $80.00 and serves up to 30
These prices are based on our basic buttercream styled cakes with no specific decorations.

Our specialty styled cakes start at $45 as a six-inch and will serve 8 guests.
The pricing for this range is for those cakes that take more time to decorate. Examples are below. The two large sugar flowers you see below, pink rose and the yellow daisy are going to be about $10.00-$20.00 more.
six-inch: $50 and serves 8
eight-inch: $70.00 and serves 15
nine-inch: $95.00 and serves 20
ten-inch: $110.00 and serves up to 30

Cakes that are multi-tiered, fondant covered and include sugar molded decorations are quoted per project.

Cake cutting guide

Our cakes are baked fresh for you. We will deliver a cold cake for transportation purposes. The cake does need to come to room temperature before serving. We use real butter which hardens in the refrigerator. Some decorated cakes (Those with fondant or royal icing decorations) will bleed/sweat if kept in the refrigerator, so please plan to serve the cake the day the cake is picked up. They may also contain structural elements which must be removed before serving – based on the design. Please ask for specifics when you pickup the cake. Most toppers and some design elements may be covered with edible materials but will contain wire or other structures which mean they are not edible, but for decoration only.

From time to time, we have customers call because they have not heard back from us. And that is because for some reason their email or form did not reach us. Sorry to say, that is totally out of our hands. The internet is what the internet is. If this happens to you, please call, and we can try to help or get back to you if we are busy at that time.

Many of our patrons are requesting a flavor list. We really don’t have one. As specialty bakers the options are almost unlimited. There are many combinations for cakes, fillings and icings. And cakes can be fashioned out of your favorite desserts.  This listing is pointing to our wedding cake tastings, but when we bake birthday, baby shower, anniversary and celebration cakes, we use our same tried and true recipes, fillings and icings. However, all of our cakes are four cake layers and three filling layers. Cakes like a pineapple side down, pound, Tres leches, or poked cakes are not available.

We choose flavors based on traditional and seasonal flavors with our own special They will include Bavarians, cheesecakes, mousse, curds, fruit compotes and more.   The sample flavors we provide for you at wedding tastings will represent our talent, taste and presentation. We feel you will find our cakes incredibly delicious and ask you to imagine how good your cake will be, for example, “substituting the raspberry for blackberry.”

Here is a common list that we use for our scheduled wedding tasting menu to give you a quick look at what we offer:

  • Apple Spice with a caramel buttercream filling
  • Pumpkin spice with an orange zest cream cheese filling on the 1st and middle, top filling layer of pumpkin puree cream filling
  • Traditional red velvet with a traditional cream cheese filling
  • Chocolate cake with a peanut butter mousse filling
  • Italian cream (my most popular white cake) with a raspberry puree and Chambord (raspberry liquor)
  • Lemon cake, lemon curd filling with a blueberry coulis and vanilla buttercream
  • Strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream and a strawberry cheesecake filling layer
  • Carrot cake with a traditional cream cheese filling
  • Chocolate/Almond marble cake with an Amaretto filling and an almond cheesecake and cream cheese filling layer in the top filling layer

All of our cakes are scratch made with natural ingredients. Fresh and local when we can find them, including compotes, jams, and other fillings. Our buttercream icings are made with real sweet butter, no shortening, margarine,  or powdered sugar. They are light in texture and in flavor. They are the true buttercream icings.

You can have any flavor combination inside your cake. And the outside can be decorated any way you would like. So, have your cake and eat it too!!

Our Flavor Trends

Our current trends include compound cakes.  The days of having just two layers of cake with regular icing in the middle are over!!!   In the example of the cake slices, we took a traditional strawberry cake  which includes our scratch made strawberry compote and added a layer of strawberry cheesecake.  Another,  we took a traditional coconut cake (made with coconut milk) and added lime buttercream and a lime Bavarian layer.

If you like Tiramisu, we bake the lady fingers as a layer cake, add to that the coffee liquor soaking syrup (usually Kahlua), and prepare a true mascarpone Bavarian cream. the end result is a Tiramisu taste in a layered style for an event or just for dinner!
